My Forums got spammed heavily, because the captcha i used (smartor)
was just too weak. So i programmed my own one in PHP.
My first try at a captcha: Most people can read it averagly good, but it's very hard to OCR.
My second try was 3D Wireframe. Hardly readable, even if there is no distortion.
A Little shading, now it's very well readable. With a little geometric distortion and contrast-bending you can probably OCR it, too. But when the angels, the depth and other parameters change, it stays readable, beating it electronically is hard.
